By downloading, accessing or using Apptec NEXT Scores (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App provides soccer schedules, scores, standings, team information, match locations, notifications and community predictions. Features, coverage, leagues, age groups and availability may change over time.
2. Independent application
Team names, crests, competition names and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and informational purposes and does not imply endorsement.
3. Informational accuracy
Schedules, scores, standings, addresses and other match information can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Matches may change without notice. Always confirm important details with the team, league, venue or official organizer before traveling or making decisions. The App is not an official record.
4. Community predictions
Predictions are informal fan opinions for entertainment. They are not gambling, betting or a promise of an outcome. You may not manipulate votes, interfere with the voting system or use automated methods to submit votes.
5. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions may unlock additional divisions, schedules, standings or notifications. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices and available plans are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country or region.
Purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt servers, scrape or copy content at scale, reverse engineer where prohibited, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the App in violation of law or third-party rights.
7. Third-party services
The App may open third-party services such as Apple Maps, Google Maps or another installed maps provider. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, directions, availability or content.
8. Intellectual property
The App's original software, interface, text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these terms and Apple's usage rules.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on schedules, scores, standings, locations, directions, predictions, service interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
12. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and Apptec NEXT Scores, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you to the extent permitted by the App Store terms.
